Senior ITC Teacher (GC-12):

Teaches job-related academic courses in  English, Math, Science, Computer, and Business subjects, and serves as a resource and subject matter expert to advanced ITC teachers in key curriculum and skill areas.  Monitors and evaluates instructional programs in certain course levels.  Assists the ITC Principal and/or assistant Principal with testing, curriculum implementation, and teacher evaluations at his assigned training location.

Serves as an instructional or program leader, giving demonstration lessons, organizing workshops, writing supplementary material and quizzes, prescribing instruction on an individualized basis, assessing curriculum implementation and performing assigned duties of an Advanced ITC Teacher.  Receives work direction from the ITC Principal and/or Assistant Principal.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

 

Advanced ITC Teachers (GC-11):

(English;  Math;  Physics/Science/Chem; Computer/Business Skills)

 

Teaches job-related academic courses in English, Math, Science, Computer, and Business subjects to Saudi Aramco employees and other categories of Saudi enrollees in the ITC programs.

Delivers classroom instruction to Saudi Arab trainees for whom English is a second language.  Receives guidance from Senior ITC Teachers and supervision from ITC Principals and Assistant Principals.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

 

Industrial Skills Trainer I (GC-11):

 

(A/C Refrigeration; Digital Communication; Process Control; Electrical; Mechanical; Pipefitter; Rigger; Crane/HEO; Operations; Surveyor)

 

Provides training to employees, apprentices, and trainees in classrooms, shops, and at job sites.  Responsible for instructing trainees, trainers, mentors, evaluators, other employees, and/or developing programs relating to skills, techniques, methods, and procedures in one or more of the following training areas: maintenance, operations, technical crafts, job certification, job and hands-on performance evaluations, safety, driving, drafting, laboratory, construction, heavy equipment, security and computer applications/systems.  Consultant may also be assigned to train personnel in computer subjects or conduct staff development courses.  The trainer must be able to instruct at all levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) in one or more specified skill areas in which he is qualified.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

 

Management & Professional Trainer III (GC-12):

Designs and conducts Management Training core and skill courses.  Under the supervision of the Group Leader or work director, assists in Divisional activities, either directly or indirectly related to Management Training.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or Social Sciences.  Master’s degree desirable.

·        Eight (8) years of experience in managing Training and Education with a minimum of five (5) years as a Management Trainer, teaching courses such as Communications, Team Building, Coaching, Negotiating Skills, Delegation, Time Management, Situational Leadership II, etc. to professionals.  The experience should also include one or more of the following: supervisory experience, management training course design work, internal consulting, or applied HRD operations.

·        Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

 

Management & Professional Trainer IV (GC-11):

Under the close supervision of the Group Leader, a Management Training Specialist, or delegated work director or mentor, conducts basic supervisory and skills courses of the division and assists in divisional activities, either directly or indirectly related to Management Training.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

 

Career Counselor IV (GC 11):

Under the close supervision of the Supervisor of the Competencies Development & Consultation Unit, or a delegated work director or mentor, he implements and supports Company-wide career development programs serving GC 6-17 employees, particularly Saudi Arabs and participating non-employees.  He will also assist in other Divisional activities either directly or indirectly related to Career Development.

 

Minimum educational and competency requirement:

 

Program Development & Evaluation Analyst II (GC-12):

Provides professional consultation and expertise in training program development and evaluation.  Gathers and analyzes data required for training programs, and oversees and controls routine projects to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs.

Responsible for providing professional services and or work direction on assigned projects to Unit professional, technical, and clerical personnel in curriculum development activities.

 

Minimum educational and experience requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in (Industrial/Academic/ Vocational Education, Business Administration, Instructional Technology, or Engineering/Science) plus six (6) years industrial experience, or as a trainer in industrial, technical, or vocational skills including a minimum of four (4) years as a trainer conducting instruction equivalent to SAUDI ARAMCO training or

·        Formal vocational training and twelve (12) years’ hands-on experience in the specialty to be taught.

·        Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

 

Business Systems Analyst III (GC-12) & IV (GC-11): Job Code GCTS-02/012

Provides Business Systems analysis staff assistance to operations, planning, and technical tasks and projects, as assigned.

Responsible for developing Business System specifications, formulating study plans to solve EDP-related problems, researching and producing reports resulting from such studies, and producing EDP solutions to user problems relatively complex in nature.  Areas include accountability, performance indices, auditing, data control and flow analysis, inventory control, work order tracking, access control, and special projects as department operations require.  Work is performed with some supervision and guidance, usually from a BSA-I or BSA-II, but the incumbent is expected to perform independently, interfacing directly with the department or related user representatives.

  2. As part of a project team, assist, develop, implement and evaluate Job Skills Training Programs.
  3. Evaluate and coordinate the revisions to existing curriculum material based on requests from proponent training units.
  4. Support the development of Job Task Standards for use by employees in industrial and administrative job codes.
  5. Provide evaluation, feedback, and survey services for piloted projects.
  6. Liaise with customers on requests for new curriculum and learning solutions.
  7. Participate in Training Review Committee meetings.
  8. Preferably, develop instructional programs which incorporate e-learning, blended-learning or simulation.
  9. Use basic computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other project management tools in the development of training materials.

Industrial Skills Trainers
General requirements: BS Degree in Vocational Education or Engineering /Science plus 8 yrs industrial experience or as a trainer in industrial or vocational skills including a minimum of 5 years as trainer teaching courses equivalent to Saudi Aramco Industrial Skills Courses OR Formal vocational training and 14 years hands-on experience in the specialty to be taught. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  1. DRILLING

    Functions: Instructs trainees and apprentices in: overall drilling and workover operations, and serves as mentor for Saudi Trainers and instructors, primary and auxiliary drilling rig components and equipment, basic and intermediate level programs in health, safety and environment, etc. Candidate should be certified for: rig pass, well cap. Mastery level of normal drilling operation activities such as: making hole, drilling mud, straight hole, casing and cementing, testing and completing. Must have thorough knowledge of non-routine Drilling operations such as: controlled directional drilling, open-hole fishing, blowout prevention, sub sea blowout preventers and marine riser systems.

    Minimum requirements:

    1. High School Certificate. Should have at least 13 years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.
    2. BS Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical). Should have at least 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.

  2. MECHANICAL

    Heavy industrial Petrochemical/manufacturing experience required. Qualified to teach measurement, technical sketching, use of technical manuals, lubrication, bearing maintenance. Candidate should have experience with compressors, pumps, valves, governors, rotodynamic, actuators, turbines, steam and gas, mechanical seals, vibration analysis, lathe and milling machines.

  3. OPERATIONS

    Experience of Refinery Operations equipment suc as distillation, reforming, utilities, furnaces, Merox Unit, Naptha Hydrotreater. Experience of NGL Process: Fractionation, Refrigeration, Feed Surge, Tank Farm, Utilities (Boilers). Knowledge of Personal Computer and Programming helpful.

  4. PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

    Maintenance/Troubleshooting experience with one or more systems such as PLCs (Allen Bradley System5, Triplex, Triconex; DCS (Honeywell TDC3000, (Configuration experience preferred but not required). Monitoring Systems Bentley Nevada 3300 (vibration); Compressor loading controls (CCC); Gas Chromatography Intelligent Automation or Foxboro; Data Acquisition equipment SCADA, Harris Remote Terminal Units. Proficient in the use of Digital Technician Test Equipment, (Logic probes/"EPROM" programmers Analyzers/O-scopes). Use of IBM Personal computer equipment required.
