HE International (HEI) is a no-fee Texas Corporation, providing recruitment and processing of applicants to work as contract employees in Saudi Arabia.
Personnel are employed by our client's who are registered Saudi Arabian Companies. These companies hold contracts with Saudi Aramco providing technical and manpower services on a contract basis. Personnel employed provide supplemental manpower to Aramco's organization and receive work direction from their management during working hours. The companies provide necessary administrative services such as salary, medical benefits, living allowances, insurance, travel arrangements and other support functions during employee's contract.

Our basic policy is to select only those people who will uphold and maintain our reputation. To achieve the goals of our policy we want to be assured that a prospective employee is aware, before making a commitment, of all living and working conditions. We encourage questions by the applicant. We ask as much information as is practical so we may effectively evaluate suitability for employment under conditions that exist in overseas assignments. Additionally, we look for those people willing to invest a reasonable amount of time and effort to secure a position overseas, and people who will complete their contracts. The problems of working within the client's corporate structure make it imperative that an individual has an adaptive quality. This quality must be reflected both on and off the job. Therefore, we are very selective in recommending a candidate for evaluation by our clients.
